A large fraction fermented in inox vats and a smaller volume in French oak barrels. The wine gained weight and complexity thanks to 4 months of sur lies ageing.

The deep lemon coloured wine has a distinct nose. It is characterised by scents of chamomile, thyme and oregano, all harmoniously wreathed by aromas of white flesh fruit such as pear and peach.

Magnificent in power and freshness, its balanced palate is full and creamy and yet incomparably flinty and mineral. The wine’s finish is long, and its aromatic complexity opens up over time in the glass.

The wine is best served chilled at 13°C and will age well for 5 to 10 years.

[69,70,71,72,73,74
140,110,131,112,111,139,98,136,114,105,115,102,94,92,135,95,165,93,137,100,66,132,134,68,106
81,87,158,82,83,84,152,119,80,107,123,121,120,127,125,163,79,88,89,126,128,122,118,164,90
post-652","wine","type-wine","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
